Terms of sale

Version terms-of-sale-v3-2026-11-03, last changed 2026-11-03.

These terms cover buying and claiming apps from Sundogs site apps ("the store", "we", "us"), and using your store account. What you may do with the software itself is in its license: the License for paid apps (version commercial-license-v4-2026-11-04) or the Free License (version free-license-v1-2026-10-29). The refund policy is part of these terms. If these terms and a license disagree about what you may do with the software, the license wins; about payment, refunds and your account, these terms win.

1. Who we are and who sells

The store is run by SocialKreature LLC dba Sundogs, 2103 Harrison Ave NW, Ste 2 PMB 1135, Olympia, WA 98502, United States. Contact: support@sundo.gs.

Payments are taken through Stripe. At checkout you will see the purchase as "Sold through Link": Link, Stripe's checkout service, acts as the merchant of record (the reseller) for the payment. It charges you, works out and collects sales tax, VAT or GST where it applies, sends the receipt and invoice, and answers questions about the payment itself. Its own payment terms are shown at the bottom of its checkout page. The software license is granted to you by SocialKreature LLC dba Sundogs.

2. Your account

  • You need an account to claim or buy apps. Sign-in is by an emailed link or a sign-in provider (such as GitHub, Google or Cloudflare). Keep access to your email and your API keys safe; anyone holding a key can act within that key's permissions.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live (at least 18 in most places), and give an email address you control.
  • AI agents you connect act for you. An agent with an API key or an approved sign-in can look up the catalog, claim free apps, start checkouts and download what you own. It cannot pay: every purchase needs you to tick the license box and pay in your own browser. You can revoke keys and agents on your account page at any time.
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your licenses end when you do (see section 10 and the privacy notice).

3. What you buy

You buy a license to use an app, not the software itself or any service on your site. Nothing we sell runs on our servers: the apps run in your own Cloudflare account, from code in your own project.

  • Site license: one website, as the license defines it. All-sites license: every website you own or run yourself, while you hold it; client websites need their own site license. The exact wording is in the License for paid apps.
  • Use is perpetual. The version you download keeps working for as long as you like.
  • Updates for 12 months from the day of purchase. After that you keep what you have. You can renew updates from 90 days before they end (or any time after): a renewal adds 12 months from the day your updates end, or from the day you renew if they have already ended. The renewal price is shown before you pay.
  • Subscriptions: not offered yet. Every license sold today is paid once, as above, and never renews or charges you again. If we start offering monthly or yearly subscriptions, we will update these terms first (with a new version number), and the app page and the order page will show the price, how often it is charged, that it renews automatically until you cancel, and how to cancel.
  • Free apps are claimed under the Free License. Claiming records that you accepted it. Free apps are free for any number of sites.
  • Moving a site license to another domain (for example after a rebrand) is done from your account, up to 3 times in any 12 months per license. If you need more, write to us and we may move it by hand.

4. Prices, tax and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars (USD), shown on the store and again on the checkout page before you pay. Sales tax, VAT or GST is added or included on Stripe's page where it applies, and Stripe may show the price in your local currency.
  • Nothing is charged until you tick the box on our checkout page and complete payment on Stripe's page.
  • Codes (coupons): one code per order, only for what the code says (apps, license type, dates, number of uses). Codes have no cash value and don't apply to renewals. We can switch off a code that hasn't been used yet. A code used on an order that is fully refunded can be used again.

5. Delivery

Your license appears on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed (usually within seconds). You or your AI agent download the app from your account or with an API key. Each download is made for one site domain, includes a license file signed by us, and is marked with a code that identifies your account so leaked copies can be traced.

If a payment can't be matched to what was quoted (for example, you paid twice, paid for something you already own, or a renewal's license had ended), we don't grant it twice: the order page says what happened, and we refund the part that wasn't applied in full, whatever the refund window.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of a purchase or renewal, no questions asked. Refunds are made by us by hand; they are not automatic. The details, and what a refund does to the license, are in the refund policy. In short: a full refund of a purchase ends its license (downloads and updates stop, and you may no longer use that software); a refund of a renewal takes back only the months it added.

7. Payment disputes (chargebacks)

If something is wrong, please write to us first: a refund within the refund window is quicker than a dispute. If you dispute a payment with your bank, the licenses from that order end while the dispute is open. Stripe handles the dispute for the store. If the dispute is decided in your favour, the licenses come back by themselves. If it is decided against you, they stay ended; buying again won't reopen them, so write to us.

8. Your sites and your visitors' data

This section explains what is yours to handle when you run our apps.

  • We never receive data from your sites. The apps run in your Cloudflare account and store their data (form submissions, contacts, consent choices, click counts, reviews and so on) in your own Cloudflare resources. Your site never contacts us while it runs. The only request that reaches us from a site is your own admin browser fetching our public list of latest versions for update notices, which carries no site data, is not stored, and can be turned off (SITE_APPS_UPDATE_FEED=off).
  • You are the controller of your visitors' data; we are not your processor. Because we never receive, store or have access to that data, we don't process it on your behalf and there is no data processing agreement to sign with us. Cloudflare hosts it under your own agreement with Cloudflare.
  • Compliance on your site is your responsibility. For example: your own privacy notice and cookie notice; choosing and configuring consent settings (the Cookie Consent app is a tool: its defaults are not legal advice and don't by themselves make a site compliant); a lawful basis for collecting form data and how long you keep it; answering your visitors' requests to see or delete their data (the apps' admin and export tools help); and any email or marketing rules that apply to messages you send.
  • Cloudflare charges are yours. Apps state their Cloudflare plan and limits before you install them; your Cloudflare usage and bills are between you and Cloudflare.
  • Keep backups and test updates before putting them live; you control when an update is installed.

9. Warranty

We build and test the apps carefully, ship a self-test with each one, and fix confirmed bugs in updates. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the software and the store are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the software is error-free, that it suits your purpose, or that the store is always available. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the rights the law of your country gives you for digital content that is faulty or not as described; nothing here takes those away.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • our total liability for all claims relating to the store, a purchase or the software is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, for free apps, to 50 US dollars);
  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for Cloudflare or other third-party charges, even if we were told they were possible.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or a consumer's statutory rights.

11. Ending

  • You can stop using the store and delete your account at any time. Licenses on the account end when it is deleted. Sites you installed keep running, because nothing on them contacts us.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or a license (for example by sharing downloads or abusing the store), after telling you why where we reasonably can. A license ended for a breach is not refunded.
  • If we stop selling an app, licenses already sold keep their terms: use stays perpetual, and you can download versions released up to your update end date while the store runs. If the store is ever closed, we will tell account holders by email in advance where we reasonably can, so you can download what you own.
  • Sections 7 to 10 and 13 continue to apply after your account or a license ends.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and the refund policy. Each version has a number and date at the top of this page. Every checkout asks you to accept the version current at that moment, and the version you accepted is shown on that order; we don't change the terms of past orders retroactively. If a change affects how your existing account or licenses work, we will tell you by email or on your account page before it takes effect, and you can delete your account if you don't agree.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts. Before any formal claim, please write to us so we can try to sort it out.
