Analytics is in beta: it works, but things may still break. Tell us if something does: open an issue. Every paid order has a 7-day refund.

Buy Analytics

$19 USD per site · $59 USD for all your sites

A site license covers one website (plus its www, staging and test addresses). Using it on other sites isn't allowed. Get the all-sites license from $59 instead.

Every license includes 12 months of updates; the version you download keeps working after that, and you can renew updates for about half the price.

7-day refund, no questions asked · Refund policy

Instant download after payment: the app's code and a license file for your site; your AI agent installs it. Includes 12 months of updates.

You'll log in first (new here? that creates your account), then pick the site and review the order before paying.

Ask your AI agent to install this

Paste this into your AI agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another), opened in your site's project. It tells you what the app needs and costs before it changes anything.

Install the Analytics app (id: analytics) from the Sundogs site apps store on this site.
First read https://sundo.gs/apps/analytics.md and tell me what it needs and what it costs.
If I don't own it yet, start a checkout with create_checkout and give me the link; I'll tick the license and pay myself.
Then download it with get_download for this site's domain. Follow the install guide (site-apps/INSTALL.md in the download, also at https://sundo.gs/install-guide.md).
Check it with the install guide's step 6 (the public status, then the self-test once you can sign in to the admin) and tell me what's next.
(Not connected to the store yet? See https://sundo.gs/agents.)

All the details
  • Runs on the Cloudflare free plan, in the same D1 database as your other site apps. No new bindings, no script on your pages and no account anywhere else.
  • It reads what core already captures for free: page views and visit sources are counted as your pages are served (page views run through the site apps, as with link tagging), and each app that reports (forms, popups, links, waitlist, reviews) saves its conversions with the visitor's source. This app adds the reports.
  • Privacy: counts per day carry no id, cookie or IP. Where a visitor arrives from is kept for 90 days against a code that changes every day (not their IP) so a later form can be credited. Where your cookie banner asks for consent and the visitor says no, or they opt out or send Do Not Track, their conversions show as "Not tracked". Not legal advice: check your own privacy policy.
  • Numbers are approximate: a few percent of counts can be lost when your site's Worker restarts, and bots are filtered with simple checks on the browser's user agent and headers (the free plan has no bot score), so a scraper that pretends to be a browser counts as a visit.
  • Cost per visit: no extra requests. About 1 to 7 small database writes per visit depending on traffic (page, source, country, device and source-with-page-and-country totals are added up in memory and saved every 20 seconds or less often when busy), plus 2 for a visit that arrives from a link or search, within the daily write budget (default 30,000 of the Cloudflare 100,000 free). When the budget or the Cloudflare free limit is reached counting pauses until midnight UTC and the site is unaffected. At the default budget a quiet site is counted up to roughly 3,400 visits a day (busier sites save in bigger batches and go further); Settings shows today's budget, and a Workers Paid site can raise it.

What's new

Analytics 0.4.4 · Nov 7, 2026

  • The chosen number above the chart is marked once (the outline), without the extra line under it.
Show full history

Analytics 0.4.3 · Nov 6, 2026

  • Marked as beta: it works, but things may still break. The admin shows where to report a problem.

Analytics 0.4.2 · Nov 6, 2026

  • Sources and pages no longer show a conversion rate over 100%. When someone who came from a source converts again on later visits, the report says those conversions are credited to that source and shows no rate.

Analytics 0.4.1 · Nov 5, 2026

  • Small wording updates in the admin and in the instructions for your AI agent. Nothing else changes.

Analytics 0.4.0 · Nov 4, 2026

  • Reports, the Overview and your AI agent's tools read daily totals for past days and only today's events, with the same numbers: on a year-old site a 30-day report reads under 100,000 database rows instead of 1.8 million, which keeps busy sites within the Cloudflare free plan.
  • The latest conversions, the email-campaign suggestion, the first counted day and the item names in What's it worth? no longer read every event you keep.
  • The "Where leads come from" widget is marked as visitor text in the data your AI agent reads, so the agent treats it as data, never as instructions.

Analytics 0.3.0 · Nov 4, 2026

  • The Overview chart works like other analytics tools: tap Visits, Page views, Conversions, Conversion rate or Lead value at the top to chart that number per day, in its own units (%, money). The choice is in the address, so you can bookmark or share it.
  • The previous period shows as a faint dashed line when there is one, and hovering or tapping a day shows all of that day's numbers.
  • Removing test traffic can't be undone, so your AI agent now shows you the preview, asks you, and only goes ahead when it sends DELETE (analytics_purge); "confirm: true" is no longer enough.

Analytics 0.2.4

  • Release notes are grouped by version, so the update notice shows only what's new.

Analytics 0.2.3 · Nov 2, 2026

  • A visitor from an ad in the EU or UK who accepts the cookie banner on the page they landed on is now credited to that ad: the landing source is held in the page's memory until they accept, then sent once. Accepting on a later page still loses the source (it shows as Direct). "What is stored" says so.
  • A signup through a popup is worth the form's value when the popup has none (newsletter set to $5 now counts $5, not $0). Analytics and Tag Manager use the same rule.
  • The skill has a testing-locally note: send cf-ipcountry (and cf-region-code) on localhost, and vary the user agent between test visitors, or they merge into one.
  • analytics_sources and analytics_conversions say their source and campaign names come from visitors (untrustedText: true plus a note).
  • Pages no longer lists form posts or popup beacons (like /forms/contact/ or /_sp/e/) as landing pages. Conversions now keep the real page the visitor was on, and pages nobody visited are hidden.
  • "Counting since" now shows the year, "1 visit" is no longer "1 visits", and times use one format across the admin.
  • Empty screens now point to the next step.

Analytics 0.2.1 · Nov 2, 2026

  • For agents: analytics_settings_save says it only changes what you send; failing checks name the fix; dry runs of value changes show the complete result.

Analytics 0.2.0 · Nov 1, 2026

  • The Overview is now the one place to look: one chart with visits as bars and conversions as dots on the same days, then cards for where visits come from (Sources, Campaigns, AI assistants), pages (Landing pages, All pages) and where they are (Countries, Devices), each row with visits, conversions and rate. Tap any row to see only that source, page or country (up to two at once; it is in the address, so you can bookmark or share it); tap the chip at the top to take it off.
  • Small numbers are shown honestly: a new site's chart starts on its first day ("Counting since Nov 1"), a rate from fewer than 100 visits says "3 of 17 visits", and nothing is compared with a period that has no data. Your AI agent gets the same filter on every read and a "trackingSince" date.
  • Test traffic: open your site once with ?site_analytics_ignore=1 in each of your browsers to keep them out of the counts (=0 undoes it), and ask your agent to remove earlier test conversions (analytics_purge, with a preview first). /guides and /guides/ are now one page. A utm_source that isn't a known site (like ax-test) is a Campaign, not Other sites. A click that doesn't come from one of your pages keeps its source but no longer borrows another visitor's page. A suggestion to count link clicks as conversions appears when you have links with clicks.

Analytics 0.1.1 · Nov 1, 2026

  • Quiet suggestions on the Overview and Settings, and for your AI agent (analytics_summary recommendations): set what a lead is worth, tag the links in your emails, leave a thank-you page out of the counts, and a note when counting paused on a busy day. Nothing changes until you agree.
  • What's it worth?: type what each conversion is worth (and, behind "Show more", a different value for one form or popup) and the Lead value tile uses your numbers. The same numbers go to your ad tags when the Tag Manager app is installed. Currency is now a 3-letter code (USD, EUR); your old currency sign and values were moved over unchanged.

Analytics 0.1.0 · Nov 1, 2026

  • First release: one clear answer to "which source brings me leads and sales?" in five screens: Overview (visits, page views, conversions, rate, one chart, top sources), Where from (channels, sites, campaigns; tap one to see what it converted), Pages (pages that bring leads), Conversions (what converted, and the last 50 as short paths) and Settings.
  • Works with what you already have: forms, popups, affiliate links, waitlists and reviews report their conversions with the visitor's source, with nothing to set up. AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude...) show as their own channel.
  • Your data stays in your own Cloudflare account: no script, no cookie for the numbers, no IP addresses kept, nothing sent to us.

Questions

Do I need to write code?

No. Your AI coding agent installs it into your site's project and deploys it with your own Cloudflare account. You approve the changes.

Does it send my site's data anywhere?

No. It runs in your own Cloudflare account. The store never sees your visitors, your form entries or your settings.

What happens after 12 months?

The version you have keeps working. Renew for about half the price if you want 12 more months of updates.

Can I use it on client sites?

Yes, with a site license per client site. The all-sites license covers the sites you own or run yourself.

What does it need from Cloudflare?

Cloudflare free plan, on Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare Pages.
